Rudra Shankar Mishra

Rudra Shankar was born in 1997, as the son of the famous Kathak dancer Mataprasad Mishra in Varanasi (Banaras).When he was only one and half years old, he started to learn Kathak from his father, Mataprasad Mishra and his uncle Ravi Shankar Misha, otherwise known as “Priya Bandhu  (Dear Brothers)” in Banaras. Rudra Shankar Mishra has already embarked on his professional career as a Kathak dancer in different cities throughout India, Europe as well as Japan.
